CROSSFIT " JACKIE"  1000mt ROW + 50 THRUSTER @BARBELL 20Kg + 30 PULLUPS  Time 6'29"

Working on Lactacid Endurance, left some space, pushed at 90%, felt tired arms on last 10 pullups. Guess can easy stay sub 5'  giving 100%. Good work, good feeling.
